Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to it. Please make sure to check your order before confirming it.

Yes, we sell replacement lid, exclusively on our shopping site.

Q. How much is the shipping fee?
Free shipping is available for orders valued over ¥11,000 (Tax Inc). Nationwide flat rate shipping fee of ¥1000 applies orders valued less than ¥11,000 (Tax Inc).
Q. How long does it normally take for my order to be sent.
Your order will be dispatched within 3 business days. However, we are unable to arrange shipping during the weekends, public holidays, and holiday closures, and any orders made during this time will be shipped after business resumes.
