Delivery

Shipping fees

Flat rate of shipping fee of ¥1,000 will be charged for orders totaling less than ¥11,000 (Tax Inc).
Free shipping is available for orders totaling ¥11,000 (Tax Inc) or more.

＊If your order is eligible for free shipping, please make sure it is set for free shipping during checkout.

Delivery time 

Once payment is confirmed, we will dispatch your order within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that we are unable to arrange shipping on weekends or public holidays.

Return and Exchange 

For any inquiries regard to return and exchange of items, please contact us through the contact section at the bottom of the website. Also, we have Return and Exchange policy, and we can't accept any items meet following criteria.

・Any items ordered by customer that is wrong size
・Any items that have already been used
・Any items that have been damaged by customer
・Any items without their original packaging
・Requests for refunds or returns due to subjective reasons, such as the product not meeting expectations or differing from the imagined image.
