Kannyuu Crazing
The J.MEZON HIBI collection utilizes the traditional Japanese crazing technique called 'Kannyu' to create irregular patterns on each piece. This process forms extremely fine cracks on the surface -so fine that they are almost imperceptible. Ink is then carefully applied to these cracks by hand, creating a unique pattern on each piece, which is simply impossible to replicate through printing technologies. As a result, each item has its own distinct design.
